GENERAL 

• 1 slot = 1 image product

• The Client is buying a digital product

• Image reference of the character/robot you are requesting the artist MUST be provided. I will NOT draw a character from only text.

• The artist reserves the right to increase the price if you request a highly detailed drawing.

• Please do not use any of the artist's commissioned pieces in any way/form if you aren't the one who commissioned the artist for it.

 

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

• These prices are for PERSONAL use only. You are not allowed to profit money from artworks by the artist in any sort of way.

• You, as the commissioner are allowed to :

  • Use it as your icon/wallpaper/header/background/gift it to a friend.

  • Print out as a print/phone cover/charm/bookmark/etc for yourself only.

  • Post it to your own social media, however, a link/proper credit must be provided to any of the artist's accounts.

• The artist does NOT claim ownership of any intellectual property (characters, etc) depicted in work done unless otherwise stated.

• The artist retains full rights to all images produced and may showcase art produced online and elsewhere. However, the artist will not sell prints or any other merchandise of individual pieces containing or depicting original characters without client’s permission.

• Commercial usage of the commission will be priced with an additional 200% markup from the base price.

• Client is not entitled to receive a raw scan, .PSD, or any other file containing the layers of the work without extra payment.

PROCESS

• If you have a deadline you want it finished by, please let the artist know as early as possible! Otherwise your picture will be finished within 2 - 3 weeks depending on the artist schedule/the order. The artist will let you know if your picture has been delayed asap!

• Sizes of the picture can be slightly altered according to your request.

• Work in progress will be sent for confirmation, this is where you should ask for any major changes/edits you want the artist to make before continuing (3 major changes only). Once the final product is completed, only minor edits/tweaks can be done.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND​

• I an committed to your project. If I cannot complete it, i will issue a refund.

• The artist reserves the right to cancel your petition if you have been proved troublesome in any way.

PAYMENT

• Payment is conducted through PayPal, USD.

• First time clients may opt for 50/50 payment, 50% before the drawing process and 50% after. 

• After I've gone over the details, an invoice will be sent. Payment must be sent within 3 days, or else your commission will be cancelled and someone else may take your slot.

• Please do not send payment on your own. Pay after invoice is sent only!

• I will start working on your commission once full payment has been sent.
